When you access or use our services, you confirm that you accept and will comply with the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who gain access to use our website and services.

If you continue, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with anything in these terms and conditions of use, you will not be allowed to use our website and services.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, so please review them often. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/ or reveals it.

Users of the website

If you visit or have registered with our site, we welcome you as a user.

On our websites www.skolen-online.dk and www.skolenonline.dk and all our other pages (hereafter websites) you can find our online and offline courses, as well as digital and physical products for children and young people (if under 18 must be ordered via their parents or other guardian), as well as public institutions and other interested parties (hereafter members) within a wide range of teaching for children/young people for a fee. Together, these conditions and Skolen Online's cookie and privacy policy constitute Skolen Online's membership and terms of use (hereinafter membership terms). The membership conditions apply to all private, public institutions and businesses with whom Skolen Online enters into an agreement regarding access to our services and products. By becoming a member, the member accepts these conditions. The conditions can only be deviated from by written agreement. Requests for membership can be rejected by Skolen Online without further justification.

1. Forum, membership, login and access to websites

The forum exists as an open and closed forum. It is open to anyone who registers on the site as a member with or without a subscription. The closed forum is for members with membership packages.

As a member, you get access to your own profile page.

As a member with a subscription, you have access to closed areas at the age level you have signed up for.

Username and password are confidential information and members must store and treat them as such. As a member, you may not sell, transfer or in any other way give third parties or third parties access to or use facilities or content in the areas of our websites that are reserved for members. All use of the service is also at your own risk.

2. Registration and payment

If you sign up for online classes, private tuition, homework help or anything else via an agreement with us, you will receive a monthly invoice for the school expenses - it runs on an ongoing subscription. Termination +1 month - this must be done no later than the 17th of a month, otherwise the termination counts as the following month. Further information cf. termination can always be found under the respective online class or service.

If you choose other membership packages, you pay the membership fee for the first selected period.

Upon registration

In some cases, you can choose to order directly via our site and register with a payment card. Afterwards, the payment card (hereafter card) that you used when registering is used to pay the membership fee determined at any time for each subscription period, unless you as a member wish to use another valid card that Skolen Online can handle and notify Skolen Online accordingly . You undertake to always ensure that Skolen Online is updated with your correct contact details (name, email, telephone, address etc.).

When you register yourself or your child, you also as a member give Skolen Online consent to such an automatic card payment at each new membership period or to sending an invoice. You must ensure that a valid credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) is available to Skolen Online for ongoing payment of the membership fee. If the membership fee cannot be deducted automatically from your card or if technical difficulties arise that do not make it possible for Skolen Online to carry out such a withdrawal, an invoice will be sent instead for a fee per e-mail. It is not possible to have the membership put on hold and thus postpone the automatic renewal of the membership. Skolen Online reserves the right to change subscription prices and fees, however, with at least one month's notice, so you have time to decide whether you want to continue with your subscription.

However, there are no notices of termination other than that if you want to stop your membership, you must do so in enough time for it to be stopped before the next invoice is sent or withdrawn, cf. point 3. All prices on our websites are in Danish kroner. For private individuals it is VAT exempt, for public bodies all prices are always quoted exclusive of VAT.

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the same way to the delivery of digital content, which our online course and products consist of. When you order an online course or a digital product, you giveautomaticconsent to the waiver of the right to cancel the purchase.

2.1 Trial subscription/Trial member

A trial subscription is automatically converted to an ongoing subscription, cf. the information for the individual trial subscription.

3. Termination and automatic extension of the membership

Your membership works as an ongoing arrangement. It therefore applies until it is terminated in writing with written notice to the end of a subscription period. A termination is valid plus one (1) period (the subsequent monthly or quarterly package) if the termination is terminated no later than the 17th of a month - one month runs from the 18th-17th. Until the termination takes effect, membership continues as normal. If the membership is not terminated, or if it is not terminated in time, it is automatically extended for a new period with automatic card payment or a sent invoice for the membership fee/school expenses, cf. section 2. on registration and payment.

Regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination, the membership fee is not refunded.
